RETURNS / SWAP ITEM(S)

Currently, it is not possible to offer refunds for fulfilled orders.

It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them.
Item(s) on sale can only be swapped and are non-refundable.

If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us 

Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.

How to return?

• Notify us to get the return address 
• Print your order confirmation and put this in the package
• Send with your local carrier to our return address
• We will refund your money within 1-5 business days, depending on the payment method you used.

REFUNDS

Currently, it is not possible to offer refunds for fulfilled orders. We offer refunds only for orders that were not fulfilled due to products out of stock, supplier issues, or clear and documented evidence of unfulfilled orders.

CANCELLING ORDER / UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 3 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing of all our shipments. Please send an email as soon as possible

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses with a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures (such as loose hinges that weren’t overtightened, frame separation at joining points, or coating peeling without external damage). Simply contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the defect, and we will provide a replacement part at no cost. This warranty excludes damage from accidents, improper use, or wear and tear such as scratches on lenses, bent or broken frames from sitting on them, or discoloration from exposure to chemicals or excessive heat.

Contact us with your order number and photos of the manufacturer defect. We process all claims within 14 days.
