I did not receive my order, what should I do?

It's best to check your tracking code first, you can find this in your email. To track your ordet please check the Order Tracking section here: https://asmelparis.com/apps/trackingmore
If the package is still in transit, chances are it will still delivered as soon as possible. Also there can be any delay caused by customs. We have no control over this
If you think that the delivery time is already passed please contact us as soon as possible at support@asmelparis.com
We are here to help if your order has not arrived or has been lost during transit.

Do I have to pay taxes or import duties?

We already paid for taxes/import duties, so there is no need to worry about this.

It can take around 2-4 business days for your tracking information to be shown on the Order Tracker. Please don't worry about this and check the tracking code later,

Which countries do you ship to?

We almost ship to all countries worldwide. Some countries do not ship to due to customs related issues or too long shipping time.

How long does it take to get a refund?

It takes up to 5 business days for your refund to come through,

How can I cancel my order/change my adress?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@asmelparis.com

I sent the wrong address, how to change it?

Adresses can only be changed if your order has not been shipped yet. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@asmelparis.com
